Longshot opens with a shot of Samantha Swift in her office.
"Good evening everyone. I hope you all enjoyed Fool's Gold as much as I did. But there was some controversy. Ryan Bowdridge filed an official complaint about losing the VCW Hardcore Championship to Scrappy Joe and then losing the VCW Las Vegas Championship to "Fabulous" Dan Francisco.
"Well, Ryan your complaint is going to be ignored. Dan interfered in a Hardcore Match. There's no DQ in a hardcore match. As for your match against Dan, that match was scheduled immediately after your Hardcore title defense and you knew that.
"So now on to more important matters. Although he lost those two titles, Ryan Bowdridge did retain the VCW Heavyweight Championship against Seamus Anderson. But Vertigo and Scott Starnes fought to a time-limit draw in their number one contender match.
"My executive decision is that at All In III on May 16, Ryan Bowdridge will defend his title in a Sudden Death 3-way against both Vertigo and Scott Starnes. Starting tonight and over the course of the next three weeks, each man will compete in a Tune Up match. And if any of you lose your Tune Up match, you may just lose your spot in the 3-way.
"The first Tune Up match will be tonight and will be Scott Starnes taking on 'The Tradition' Seamus Anderson. Enjoy the show."

April 22, 2009Road to All In - Week 1 Millie Amazing ~VS~ Laura Lowell
Millie wasted no time against Laura and quickly dispatched her with Simply Amazing3:15 - Millie Amazing defeated Laura Lowell Bobby Boom ~VS~ "German Wonder" Kurt Engelhorn
Both men fought hard and hit a number of power moves. Kurt was fresh off a big win against Slaughterhouse and the momentum was firmly on his side. He hit the German Bomber for the victory.7:01 - Kurt Engelhorn defeated Bobby Boom The Coven (Tolliver & Kalkos) ~VS~ Mass Destruction
After the obligatory comments about the ring being re-inforced, both team smashed into each other. It was a brutally physical match but in the end Napalm hit the 180-Degree Burn on Tolliver for the pin.9:46 - Mass Destruction defeated The Coven (Tolliver & Kalkos) Andy Montoya ~VS~ Tyler Marx
Tyler was holding his own against the VCW veteran. Andy was showing the bruises from his Hardcore match at Fool's Gold. Tyler was looking to put him away with the You're Screwed Driver, but out from the back came Carl Svensson. The Swede smashed a kendo stick across the back of Tyler's head. The referee called for the bell and Svensson stood tossed the stick down onto Marx. The Swede walked off to a nice reception from the Vegas faithful.4:22 - Tyler Marx defeated Andy Montoya by DQ. Water ~VS~ Albino Warrior
In an odd match of Blue against White, Water was clearly to superior color, or competitor. The blue guy hit the white guy with the Blue Stunner for the win.3:33 - Water defeated Albino Warrior Ashley Blaze ~VS~ Big Bertha
Ashley never stood a chance against Bertha. Bertha Bomb for the quick victory.2:50 - Big Bertha defeated Ashley Blaze Jimmy Richards & Dazza ~VS~ Crash City Rockers
The Rockers gave Richards & Dazza everything they could handle in this one. After a series of each man hitting his finisher, it was Dazza with the King's Hammer on Anwar for the win.8:59 - Jimmy Richards & Dazza defeated Crash City Rockers All In III - Tune Up Match
Scott Starnes ~VS~ "The Tradition" Seamus Anderson Seamus wanted to take out his aggression on Starnes after The Tradition failed in his attempt to win the VCW Heavyweight Championship at Fool's Gold. Starnes played it cool and adopted a more defensive style against the angry Bostonian. Scott's strategy proved to be effective when he caught Seamus by surprise with the Starnes Slam. The victory was also Starnes 60th in VCW.10:41 - Scott Starnes defeated Seamus Anderson Sledgehammer Justice ~VS~ Roman Brothers
Having earned the Main Event slot through some kind of backroom deal with Samantha Swift, Hefe's boys made their big televised return to action against the Romans. Barry and Rich still work well together but the Romans are brothers and their teamwork seemed to be just a bit better than Sledgehammer Justice. Lachy had Barry's arm locked in Roman Magic. Hefe hopped up to the apron as Barry fell to the mat tapping. On the other side of the ring, Rich climbe dunder the ropes and drove 'Betsy' his trusty sledgehammer into Lachy's back. He pulled Barry on top of him and then tossed Betsy into Levi's stomach. With Burton and Levi out of the ring, Hefe hopped off the apron and Barry scored the pin.6:41 - Sledgehammer Justice defeated Roman Brothers

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Legend: Juan Hefe "Filthy" Rich Burton Barry Knight Ted Tsavales ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Immediately after the Tag-Team Main Event...
"Filthy" Rich Burton slides back into the ring and runs over to give Lachy a series of kicks and stomps that sends the big Roman brother out of the ring to join his womb-mate on the outside. Hefe slides in shortly after followed by Ted Tsavales. As usual, Hefe has a microphone.
"Hello Vegas! For those who don't know me, my name is Juan Hefe!"
The crowd starts booing mercilessly until "Filthy" Rich Burton walks over and grabs the microphone from his manager.
"Hey! With apologies to a certain Hollywood movie star, everyone of you clowns better shut your mouths and start knowing your roles!"
The crowd continues booing and now begins throwing garbage into the ring. Barry Knight takes the microphone, dodging debris.
"Oi! It sure is great ter be hammer and tack in bloody Vegas, right, even fough we 'ave ter perform in front of yer gits! Blimey!"
The garbage monsoon slows down for a bit as the VCW faithful attempt to decipher what Barry Knight has just said. Before they can, Burton takes the microphone back.
"That's better! Now this is a message for all of you supposed tag-teams out back! Sledgehammer Justice didn't come here to get thrown garbage on and booed out of the building! We came here to get those big, shiny gold Tag-Team championship belts around our waists!"
Barry Knight brings the microphone in close, much to Burton's annoyance.
"The bloody belts don't fit 'round yor waist fough Rich! S'truth!"
The crowd starts laughing, and Knight starts hamming it up with them, walking around with his cheeks puffed out in his best imitation of a fat man. Burton squints his eyes at him and walks over to the ropes facing the arena entrance.
"Never mind that cockney bastard and his deranged sense of humor! What's important as that we're here and we want to move up the ladder!"
Tsavales gets in on the fun and snatches the microphone away from Rich
"Yeah, because you sure aren't getting any younger Rich!"
Burton gives Tsavales the stink eye of a lifetime and asks for another microphone from one of the ring crew.
"Well, it looks like I'm the only one here who understands the seriousness of the situation!"
"Yeah, I'm bloody well lost Rich, right, explain it ter me please."
"Well, there's a distinct lack of good tag-teams in this rinky-dink promotion Barry. And we're the cream of the crop as it were. So naturally..."
BOOM, Burton's next words are cut off by an immense explosion of pyro and the opening chords of "Ministry of Destruction" by the Black Halos.

Mass Destruction walk out onto the stage followed by The Woman's Champion Elisha Knight who stands in the middle of her boys with a grin on her face. She skips forward a little bit then quickly stops and points back towards Mass Destruction. Slowly she points back to the ring which makes MD march forward to the horror of Sledge Hammer Justice.
Hey! wait a minute you can't come down here. STOP!
Mass Destruction Climb up on the apron and halt while Elisha climbs the steps into the ring.
She walks up to Hefe and grabs the Mic.
You were saying something about teams...
Eh yeah, we eh...
Elisha grabs the Mic back
Get them!
Mass Destruction climb over the ropes as SHJ go on the attack quickly. They nail MD with right and lefts but it has little affect on the beg men.
Chaos eventually grabs the hand of Knight crushing it in his massive hand causing Knight to let out a girlishly scream. He quickly nails Barry with a thunderous STO which smashes his head on the canvas.
Burton is fairing a little better against Napalm knocking the big man back into the ropes but Napalm hits back with an explosive big boot causing Burton to swing around right into a Samoan drop by Chaos Crushing Burton with his weight.
Napalm picks Burton back up and nails him with the 180 degree burn. He then points to Chaos who grabs Barry by his hair and hoists him up onto his shoulders and climbs the ropes. He nails a bone crushing Samoan drop which knocks all the wind and sense out of Knight but before he can even dwell on this he is squashed by a top rope splash from Napalm.
Hefe stands shaking before Mass Destruction, he tries to back away but is grabbed by Elisha. He panic's and manages to struggle free throwing himself over the top rope to the floor. He backs up the ramp wiping the sweat from his head until "Born to Rule" by Hammerfall bursts through the speakers and Dazza and Richards make their way through the curtain.

((OOC: I wasn't aware that I had a reply to post.. My apologies. But, I don't actually think Dazza would respond to a statement like "there are no good tag teams", because he thinks too highly of himself to go out and beat up other superstars just because they insulted him randomly.. Next time I need to reply and I miss it, someone please send me a message))
