At VCW Windfall on August 18th, we will celebrate our 1-year anniversary. I recognition of this event VCW.com presents awards for The Best of Year One in VCW. Each category will have 5 choices for winners. If you want to make sure that your favorites are up for consideration, please reply to this topic with your suggestions.

Overall Wrestler of the Year: That's tough, I can't name one specifically. If you're talking about overall achievement, then Ryan Bowdridge.

Heavyweight of the Year: Sergei Sokol 2-Time Heavyweight Champion

Juniorweight of the Year: EHDP/Rob Frias, they did the most for the title this year

Tag Team of the Year: I'm not sure if Stables count, but Frias' Freaks were awesome.

Hardcore Wrestler of the Year: Ryan, because Hardcore wouldn't be here without him.

Woman of the Year: Samantha Swift, same reason as Hardcore except with VCW. If she doesn't count, then Sarah Cole.

Match of the Year: Kevin Cage vs Sergei Sokol in an Iron Man Match for the title.

Best PPV of the Year: Probably gonna be Windfall, if Windfall doesn't count, then Jackpot

Feud/Storyline of the Year: I gotta go with the Prank War, Runner and I worked pretty hard on that,

# Overall Wrestler of the Year This one is hard. My top 3 picks would be Bowdridge, Starnes, and Fujima. They were all pretty great at respective times. Imma go with my gut and say...ahh, I cant decide! Okay okay...Starnes!

# Heavyweight of the Year My initial response was going to be Bowdridge because in the early going, the man was on fire. His promos were on set, his matches were great. However, somewhere along the way he got stuck in mid-card hell and hasnt really done anything meaningful in a while. Hopefully with Water injured, he can rise back to form. So, I had to go with someone else, and I went with Fujima instead, since he's always been on point in terms of rps and matches.

# Juniorweight of the Year Rob Frias, no doubt. Really, no one else who held the title did more.

# Tag Team of the Year If not the Freaks, then Sledgehammer Justice. Early on Id've said The Andersons, but neither of them are here sadly.

# Hardcore Wrestler of the Year Imma go with Starnes on this one. He really had a good run here after dedicating himself to the gimmick.

# Woman of the Year Sarah Cole. There'd be no division without this woman. Brooke may have been the 1st, but Cole is the best.

# Match of the Year The first Sin City Melee for the Tag Titles was amazing.

# Best PPV of the Year All In

# Feud/Storyline of the Year I think the Sokol/Bowdridge feud was steller. Also, it gave us our first MMOERP (Massively Multiplayer Open Ended Role Play) in the form of the plane ride to Russia!
