Back by popular demand is a segment we like to call, 10 Questions. Each week we invite a star of VCW to answer our questions. VCW.com had the opportunity to sit down with Andy Montoya for this edition.
Question One: First off, how did you get involved in wrestling?
Andy:[/color] Ey, man. I owe it all to my father. Hehe, he kinda forced me to go to the various shows. So naturally I became interested. Then I and some guys joined a little show back home, ey.
Question Two: Who were you trained by?
Andy:[/color] Mostly my father, man.
Question Three: Who do you look up to in the industry?
Andy:[/color] Ey, man. The little people. Like that Mysterio in WWE. I can mention that, ey?
Question Four: If you were to have your last match tomorrow, who would it be against?
Andy:[/color] Here in VCW? Ey, man. That's hard. It would be Tolliver then. To show him. And outside VCW, Rey Mysterio.
Question Five: What brought you here to VCW?
Andy:[/color] Ey, man. That is a secret, that's what it is.
Question Six: Tell us about your transition into the hardcore division.
Andy:[/color] Hardcore is when everything is legal, ey? So I thought, that's were the best and the real wrestlers should be.
Question Seven: You have mentioned before that your father was a huge wrestling fan. Who are or were his favorites?
Andy:[/color] Everyone. The whole business. A real student of the sport.
Question Eight: Any thoughts on pursuing the VCW Juniorweight Championship?
Andy:[/color] Yes.
Question Nine: Do you feel that the women belong in the same division as the Juniorweight men?
Andy:[/color] No, they don't. Ey, man. They should just stay out of our way.
Question Ten: And finally, what are your feelings about the hardcore division in general?
Andy:[/color] Sadly, it doesn't contain the best wrestlers.
