He then eliminated Shawcross from the Sin City Epic 3 at Sin City Showdown 2007 during an impressive performance. Forced to team with his manager, Julian Doom, Slaughterhouse pinned Shawcross in a tag team match to set up a title shot at Wheel of Fate. The Wheel chose Guest Referee for the match, and the masked monster overcome his rival Alex Pires as the official to win the title.

On the 100th episode of VCW Longshot, Scrappy Joe shocked the world and delt Slaughterhouse only his 2nd loss with a small package to claim the title.
